Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and Debit cards. All coffee is non-taxable unless gift-packaged with taxable item. Accessories and non-coffee gifts will be charged the appropriate state sales tax.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground Delivery (2-6 days) unless specified (within 24 hours). Next or 2nd Day Service is required for receipt of your order within 24 hours. We offer delivery to Military APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes through the US Postal Service; however; eexpedited service is not available. Please inquire regarding International, Alaska and Hawaii orders. FREE Standard Shipping on Orders Over $100.00

Packaging:

King Pelican® Brand Coffee takes every precaution to ensure you are satisfied with your delivery and pack you coffee that assures safe arrival. If you experience any shipping problems or have suggestions, please phone or visit our Customer Service area.
Backorders: If your order is backordered, we will notify you via email or phone concerning its status.

Returns & Exchanges:

We guarantee your complete satisfaction or your money back, PERIOD. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it or the unused portion for a full refund within ten days of receipt. Please send the merchandise prepaid and insured via UPS or UPS accompanied with the order number to King Pelican Brand Coffee, PO Box 333, Englewood, New Jersey 07631; however, we cannot be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 14 days for returns processing to be completed. For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned and postage once we receive the merchandise. Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned and a new order is entered for the new item requested. Your credit card and standard shipping charges will be authorized and then charged when the new order ships and your credit card will be credited once we receive your goods. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent back to you.
